What XcanMe is
XcanMe analyses the audience of a public X account. It reads the full list of followers, classifies what each bio says about that person's occupation and returns a report: breakdown by occupation, where the reach comes from, concentration, recurring companies and the specific accounts behind every figure.
It is a digital service delivered in minutes. The result stays stored at its link and viewing it again is never charged again.
Price
The price depends on the size of the audience, because so does the cost of reading it. It is shown before you pay and is the exact amount charged. There is no subscription: each analysis is paid once.
One payment entitles you to one analysis of the stated account. Analysing it again later, to see how it has changed, is a new analysis.
Limits of the service
Classification is done by a language model reading bios written by people. It makes mistakes. When someone does not say what they do, there is no way to know, and the tool counts them as unclassified instead of making it up. The percentages are an estimate over those who do say, not a census.
Nor do we control the source data: we depend on what X publishes at any given moment. A private, suspended or non-existent account cannot be analysed.
Acceptable use
Analyse public accounts. Do not use the service to harass, profile or build targeted lists against specific people, or for anything that breaches X's terms or applicable law. We may cancel access for anyone who does.
Do not automate the service or try to get around the per-IP limits either: every analysis costs us real money and those limits exist for that reason.
Payments
They are processed by Polar as merchant of record: Polar issues the invoice and handles taxes. We never see or store your card details. Returns are governed by the refund policy.

XcanMe is an independent project with no affiliation, association, authorisation, sponsorship or endorsement from X Corp. "X" and "Twitter" are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe which platform the tool works with.
